Ahhhhh the DMV, bain of my existence, telling me I have to renew my registration via a smog check! I hate you, DMV! So, I sit down at the computer and google smog check, and my zip. Up pops Carmasters. So, I give 'em a call, on a Saturday, mind you, and say "how long is the wait right now for a smog check?" Answer: "no wait, miss, come on in." OKAY! I'm coming, I'm swerving and driving and hope I get there before two other cars and I'm stuck in some dingy, gross, stale coffee smelling waiting room for an hour. I get there, and guess what, NO WAIT! They take my car right in, and say "it'll be about 10 minutes." Ha, I thought. Yeah right. 10 minutes = 30 in car speak. Low and behold, before I could even get very far downloading games to my phone, "ma'am, your car is ready, here's the slip you present to the dmv, and your total is 50 bucks." Easy. As. Pie.

I went to Carmasters for a minor service. Tony took very good care of me and treated me very nicely. He gave me an honest and fare estimate and by the time he was finished he gave me additional discounts also. I have not only become his permanent customer but since I have recommended him to all my family and friends. Tony is our mechanic now and he takes care of all of our cars regardless of type of work it needs from simple maintenance to body work and detailing. Oh...He is an amazing detailer too. My car looked really bad inside and out. After he was done detailing it. I could not recognize my own car. It looked like it just came out of the showroom. As a woman, I have been ripped off many times by mechanics, but my experience with Tony has changed my complete point of view. He is awesome.

My neighbor Kevin told me about Carmasters and Tony. He could not stop talking about their wonderful service and how well he got treated. He convinced me to go and see Tony for a detail job. At first I was very skeptical, but Tony was so kind and friendly that I immediately felt very comfortable with him. I chose the premium detail package and left my car for the day. When I went back to pick up my car, my jaw dropped on the floor! My black car that used to look gray and ugly turned out to this beautiful looking car. I have an Audi A8 and I love my car so much that I dont even let my wife touch it before she washes her hands. I have always taken my car to the Audi dealer for services and repairs. My brother John that also has an Audi, recommended Tony at Carmasters at told me to stop wasting my time and money with dealers and go and see him. I was not sure if that is a very good idea but I decided to give it a try. As I drove in to carmasters parking lot, a man approached me with a big smile and said" Good morning. can I help you sir?" As I looked at his name tag, I quickly realized that he must be the Tony my brother was talking about. Make the long story short. He not only repaired my car perfectly, but he made me feel like a million dollars. Tony charged me very fairly and explained the repair and maintenance procedure to me in details. He was kind and patient. Word of advise... Don't go waste your time and money in the dealers. Instead, go see Tony at Carmasters and he will take very good care of you.

I have a bit up 1990 Honda accord, but that's all I can afford at this time. I went to Tony at Carmasters and as I drove in, for second I changed my mind after seeing really expensive luxury and sport cars being worked on the shop. I left and went to visit my friend that lives a block away and while having coffee with him, I told him about my experience. He started laughing and immediately picked up the phone and called Tony at Carmasters. Tony told him to tell me to come back. When I went back to Carmasters, Tony welcomed my warmly and offered me a soda. It was like he knew me for 100 years! He was very nice and assured me that he works on all kind of cars and he treats everyone equally regardless of what they drive. Tony repaired my car and gave me bunch of discounts and coupons too. He is an amazing mechanic and a true human being. I recommend him to everyone. thank you so much Tony. You are awesome.
